By training with G.E.T., you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and that you take full responsibility for your own health and safety during training sessions. Good Energy Training and Kyle O'Donnell are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. You agree to inform your trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to training.
Cancellation Policy
We require notice to cancel or reschedule:
1-on-1 sessions: 12 hours' notice
Semi-Private (SPT): 6 hours' notice

Sessions canceled within these windows or missed without notice will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

We understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We'll do our best to take care of you when we can.
